How to Book?
Once you have chosen and subscribed to one of our plans – you will be emailed a unique Code that you would use online on the payment page. Simply add the code in the “PROMO CODE” window.
Can I use online bookings?
With your unique code, it is booking as normal. Accept there are no additional payments required.
When is payment taken?
The first payment will be due immediately upon subscription. The next payment will be on the same date next month. Depending on the subscription date. You will be notified at the time of subscription when your next payment is due.
Is it Direct debit?
There are no Direct Debit setups, Credit checks, or any other 3rd party checks.
It is a simple subscription like Gym memberships – no surprises there.
I have subscribe into the wrong plan what do I do?
Not to worry!

Alternatively, you can send us an email with your subscription ID or code – so we can assist you with any queries.
Im a women but have mens haircut can I use this plan?
If you have a graded haircut where we only use clippers on the back and sides you can subscribe to this plan.
I have missed payment can I still book for appointment?
Yes! Absolutely, however….
If you missed your subscription payment your unique code will stop working, you can still book online as normal with full payment at checkout. If your code stopped working but the payments have gone thru please contact our team immediately.
If you missed a payment, but the unique code allowed you to book online – a member of our team will check this and you will be required to re-subscribe or pay the full amount of the haircut.
Can I share my unique code with friends and Family?
Unless you subscribed to a Multi-Family plan you can not share or give your code to anybody to use. If you do, the person that booked with your code will be required to pay in full for the services.
If you have a Multi-Family plan you can share this Feature only with family members.
