Who is the women's haircut membership for?
The membership is particularly suitable for women with short haircuts that benefit from frequent professional maintenance. This includes pixie cuts, cropped hairstyles, short layered cuts, bobs, undercuts and fringes that need regular reshaping to remain precise and easy to style.
It is intended to maintain your current haircut rather than provide repeated major restyles or complete transformations. The services included in each women's membership plan are listed in the pricing table above, so you can review them before subscribing.

How do I book after subscribing?
After subscribing, you will receive a unique membership code by email. Book your appointment online as normal and enter the code in the promo-code field on the payment page.
Can members use online booking?
Yes. Use the normal online booking system and enter your membership code at checkout. No additional payment is required when the selected service is included in your active plan.
When will my membership payment be taken?
For monthly plans, the first payment is taken when you subscribe and subsequent payments are normally taken on the same date each month. Stripe will show your payment schedule before you complete the subscription.
Does the seven-day trial apply to monthly plans?
No. The seven-day trial is available only when yearly billing is selected. Monthly memberships begin immediately and do not include a trial.
Is the membership paid by Direct Debit?
No. It is a card subscription processed securely through Stripe. There is no Direct Debit setup, credit check or separate third-party finance application.
What should I do if I select the wrong plan?

What are the four membership options?
There are four separate memberships: a single men's plan, a men's family plan, a single women's plan and a women's family plan. Each family plan covers up to three eligible members.
Can men's and women's memberships be combined in one family plan?
No. The men's family membership covers men and boys only. The women's family membership covers women and girls only. A family membership cannot contain a mixture of members from the two plan categories.
This is because men's and women's appointments have different service inclusions, timings and pricing. Each family-plan price is calculated specifically for the services included in that category; it is not a general household subscription.
Can I add a boy to the more expensive women's family plan?
No. Paying the higher price for the women's family plan does not make it a mixed membership. Boys must be included in a men's family plan, while girls must be included in a women's family plan.
If your household needs both categories, you will need the appropriate men's and women's memberships. Please contact the salon before subscribing if you are unsure which combination you need.
What happens if a membership payment is missed?
Your membership code may stop working until the payment issue is resolved. You can still book by paying the normal service price at checkout.
If payment has been taken but your code does not work, contact the salon before your appointment. A booking made with an inactive membership may require re-subscription or payment of the full service price.
Can I share my membership code?
Individual membership codes cannot be shared. If another person uses an individual code, they will be asked to pay the full service price.
A family-plan code may be used only by the eligible members named on that subscription, up to a maximum of three people. Men's and women's plan categories cannot be mixed.
Are appointments guaranteed at any time?
No. Membership gives you access to the services included in your plan, but all appointments remain subject to the salon's normal opening hours and availability. Booking ahead is recommended.
