1. Entry Period
Ticket sales open on 1 December 2025 and close on 27 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.
2. How to Enter
Tickets are £10 each, sold online only.
There is no limit to how many tickets one person may purchase.
Each ticket counts as one separate entry.
Buying multiple tickets increases your chances of winning.
3. Prizes
1st Prize: 3-Month Unlimited Salon Membership (worth over £300).
2nd Prize: Free Haircut (wash, cut & finish).
3rd Prize: £50 Salon Gift Voucher.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
All services are subject to consultation and treatment suitability.
If a prize service is not suitable for a winner (e.g., due to hair condition or health restrictions), an alternative service of equal value may be offered at our discretion.
4. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Winners must follow all standard salon policies, including consultations and patch tests (where required).
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random on 30 December 2025 via a digital spin.
The draw will be recorded and/or livestreamed for transparency.
6. Winner Announcement
Winners will be contacted directly via email or telephone.
Winners may also be announced on our social media pages, unless they request anonymity.
7. Prize Redemption
All prizes must be booked and redeemed by 30 June 2026, unless otherwise agreed.
Standard salon policies apply (cancellations, lateness, patch tests, service suitability).
8. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be used solely for administering this raffle and contacting winners.
Data will not be shared with third parties.
10. Right to Amend
The 5th Element reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the raffle only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues or events beyond our control).
