Came in few weeks ago because my hair was destroyed from home “experiencing”. Managed to get appointment same day with Phillips and can’t say thank you enough. Phillips was welcoming, he listen to what happened and he made sure he understood the what outcome I wanted. We had to cut quite a bit of hair but he managed to save as much as he could, recommended hair care and what we will do next time. Really happy with results.

Managed to book a very last minute haircut this week at 5th element. Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful during our consultation prior to my cut. Gave lots of great advice about managing my hair and discussing the chosen hairstyle. The haircut was perfect, exactly what I had asked for and was done quickly with lots of attention to detail.
