The 5th Element Salon is looking for professional and creative hairdressers and stylists who have the talent and ambition to run a successful busy column, make customers happy and expand on their own knowledge within our company.
The 5th Element Salon is located on School Road, Reading, Tilehurst which runs between Tilehurst Triangle and Oxford road, we are right opposite the side entrance to CO-OP supermarket and next to Asda Petrol Station.

What You’ll Do
- Consultation: Discuss client needs and recommend styles and treatments.
- Hair Cutting & Styling: Cut, shape, and style hair using modern tools and techniques.
- Colour & Treatments: Apply colour, highlights, and provide deep conditioning, keratin, or scalp treatments.
- Client Education: Recommend home hair care routines and products.
- Clean & Safe Environment: Maintain hygiene, sterilise equipment, and follow health protocols.
- Customer Experience: Deliver 5-star service to keep clients coming back.
- Stay Current: Attend workshops and stay updated on industry trends.
